Chasetown Civil Engineering was awarded a prestigious contract by Miller Homes to deliver earthworks, sewers, highways, and associated infrastructure for a large-scale residential development of 513 plots. The project involved complex civil engineering works, including constructing two Section 278 junctions, extensive earthworks, main sewer installation, and phased groundworks for residential plots. Through innovative solutions and precise project management, Chasetown Civil Engineering delivered the project to the highest standards, earning recognition for safety, sustainability, and quality.


The project was completed with zero safety incidents, underscoring Chasetown Civil Engineering's dedication to health and safety excellence. Innovative measures, such as muck stoppers on gullies and the adoption of air hoods, enhanced site safety. Environmental initiatives included installing the largest attenuation pond early in the program to manage water outfall and utilizing Kelly tanks for concrete washout treatment. These efforts contributed to the site winning the Miller Homes National H&S Award. Through a combination of expertise and collaboration, Chasetown Civil Engineering successfully delivered a transformative residential development project, meeting client expectations and community needs.
