Concrete Washout solutions, to allow concrete equipment to be washed off safely onsite.
The ‘Ultra’ incorporates a high volume pump to supply optimum hose pressure for washoff and auto pH control (CO2).
Concrete equipment can be safely washed off onsite. Solids are separated from the wash water and retained within the Adsorption Sack. The remaining water is then continuously recycled and pH is automatically neutralised by CO2.
pH Modular Dosing Unit - Monitors and Neutralises high alkaline water to preset parameters. Manually handled, can be fitted to existing tanks or skips. Users can easily adjust height and position of the diffuser to suit different size tanks/skips. Unlike traditional diffusers, CO2 is dispersed turbulently, alleviating the need for an agitator. Concrete Washout Sacks
Adsorption Sacks - Sacks enable retention of solids, cementitious particles and oil residue, whilst allowing water to drain. Ideal for washing concrete equipment off into and other onsite waste disposal.
Can also be used to empty settlement tank and filter waste water.
WARNING
Using inferior filter sacks (ie. builders tonne bags) will not retain cementitious particles, these will later settle and solidify in pipes and pumps.
Adsorption enables solids to simply attach to the surface of the liner, eventually becoming heavy enough to drop into the sack leaving the liner clear to continue filtering.
