WTS WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS
Our specially designed platform allows tanks to feed into each other by gravity, alleviating the need for additional pumps.
Basic Operation
Water is pumped into the tank and passes through a cage that can be used for Flocculant Blocks if required. Water then flows up through lamella tube settlers/coalescing media where solids are settled out. Remaining water can then be passed though filter pads to remove any remaining oils/residues prior to discharge. Solids can be emptied via dump valve.

The RED System is designed to provide an onsite solution for dosing and monitoring in remote sites. RED is a double dosing system with remote monitoring powered by renewable energy. Automatic pH correction and/or flow proportional flocculant or coagulant dosing.

Basic Operation

Basic Operation
Water is pumped into the tank. Cage can be used for Flocculants if required. Water then flows under a baffle where solids are settled out. Any floating material (created usually by flocculant) is discharged via 'letterbox' opening. Solids can then be emptied via dump valve.

SETTLEMENT TANKS
When the pH probe reads pH outside the pre-set parameter, CO2 is automatically diffused until desired pH is achieved.
Basic Operation
Units can be stand alone or modular systems can be fitted to existing tanks, skips or Kelly Tanks Water Treatment Tanks and held in position by adjustable fixing points. Plug and Go systems automatically read and correct pH levels.
